our
methodology
The STOLLA methodology, developed by experienced trainer Robert Stols, is designed to take you from where you are now to where you want to be. By optimizing every aspect of your performance, it helps you break limits, build resilience, and unlock your full potential.

Adaptations are the changes your body undergoes in response to training stimuli. This is the point where your body adapts and becomes stronger, faster, or more efficient.

A training camp is only as good as what you take from it. What you learn here translates into your daily routine, ensuring that your progress continues long after you leave.

Most people don’t operate at their full potential, not because they’re incapable, but because they don’t know their true limits.

It’s not just about training harder, but about training with measurable progress. This means progressively increasing the intensity of your training to challenge your body and make it stronger.

This is about refining the movements and skills required for your sport. Technique involves learning and perfecting the correct forms, methods, and strategies needed to perform effectively.

Every athlete needs a solid system in place, covering lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and recovery strategies. Without these, progress is random.

wait until you hear our story...

After returning from a work trip to Spain, Chantal walked in and said, “Ro, we’re moving to Spain. It’s so good there.” That sentence planted a seed that would slowly grow into a whole new life.

Even though Robert wasn’t fully sure if moving to another country and leaving ‘everything’ behind was the right idea, he stayed open to exploring different parts of Spain. Curious to see if this could be the place to build the life they were dreaming of: one with their own gym, a home where they could welcome people, and a space where lives could truly be transformed.

We decided to seriously explore the idea. We visited different areas, drove through countless towns, and ended up in Xàtiva. We felt something special immediately. It wasn’t just about a house, but about starting a new way of living. We made our first bid and waited patiently for a response.

We sold our home in Amsterdam, left behind the life we knew, and moved to Spain. A bold decision, but one we felt deep in our gut was right.

After lots of searching, we found it: the place where everything would begin. A rough diamond with space, nature, and endless potential.

This moment was surreal. Standing in front of our new home with the keys in hand, knowing we were about to turn it into something incredible, STOLLA was no longer just an idea.

The first gym container was placed. We started laying the foundation, literally and figuratively, for what STOLLA would become.

STOLLA went live. A training camp born from experience, ambition, and love for movement and nature. The first people signed up, and our new chapter truly began.
common
questions
What is STOLLA?
STOLLA is an Athletic Training Camp built for performance. It helps you unlock your potential across strength, endurance, and overall performance. The program unfolds in three phases: preparation before the camp, high-level training on-site, and a clear plan to keep progressing afterwards. You can join STOLLA solo, or as a duo or group of two or more — for a stay of 2, 3, or 4 nights.
Who can attend STOLLA?
The STOLLA Athletic Training Camp is for anyone who wants to train like an athlete, push their limits, and take their fitness goals seriously. Whether you want to get stronger, build endurance, or improve overall performance and health, you’ll get the coaching you personally need. Our programs are built around your current fitness level. During the initial assessments, we’ll adjust the training to ensure you can progress at your own pace while keeping up with the group.
What is the duration of a camp?
Camps typically last 2, 3, or 4 nights — depending on your goals and how you join (solo, duo, or group). We also offer custom camps on request, tailored to specific needs or performance objectives. Interested in a custom setup? Reach out directly to discuss what’s possible: robert@stolla.fit
What type of accommodations are available?
We offer both *single* and *double rooms*, depending on your preference and availability. During the booking process, you’ll be able to view and select your preferred room type. All accommodations are curated to support rest and recovery during your training experience.
What is the investment?
Your investment depends on how you join (solo, duo, or group) and the number of nights you stay (2, 3, or 4). Price range per person: €1.050 – €3,600 (excl. VAT). You’ll receive full details after applying, so we can tailor the setup to your goals and preferences.
What kind of training will I do?
Expect a mix of strength training, endurance work (like trail running, cycling, and track sessions), mobility training, and power and speed development. Every session is intentionally designed to push your limits while keeping recovery in balance.
How is it organized?
Whether you come solo, with a partner, or in a group, the training environment is structured to balance individual attention with shared momentum. Your application helps us understand your background, goals, and mindset.
Do I need to have previous training experience?
You don’t need to be a pro, but you do need to have basic experience with both strength training and running. How advanced you are doesn’t matter. What matters is your mindset and consistency. Before each camp, we do an intake to understand your personal level, and to assess the dynamic of the full group. This allows us to adapt the program so that it fits you individually, while also creating the best possible group experience for everyone involved. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit, just apply for a call and we’ll figure it out together.
Can I choose the camp type?
Not exactly — and that’s by design. The core of every STOLLA Camp stays the same: high-level coaching, personalized training, and a shared drive to improve. But the energy, flow, and intensity naturally adapt to who joins, how long they stay, and what they’re working toward. That means no two camps are ever the same. You don’t need to choose the type — you choose the date, and we shape the camp around the people in it.
What should I bring to the camp?
We’ll send you a full packing checklist after your spot is confirmed, but in short: Bring a versatile pair of training shoes. Also pack enough activewear for daily workouts, as you’ll be training more than once a day.
How do I preprare for the camp?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with preparation tips, packing recommendations, and a questionnaire to help us customize your program. Also to prepare physically as good as possible will be discussed during a (video)call once you booked your spot.
What if I'm recovering from an injury?
Of course there are different ‘degrees’ of being injured. If you’re unsure about your readiness, feel free to discuss your situation with us before the camp. We’re here to help you get the most out of the experience while prioritizing your health.
What if I get injured during the camp?
We hope it won’t happen, but if you do get injured during the camp, we’ll always look for ways to adjust the experience so that you can still get the most out of it.This might mean modifying training sessions, offering recovery-based alternatives, or giving you a more coaching-focused role within the group dynamic. Please note: no refunds are provided, but we are committed to making sure the week is still meaningful, valuable, and enjoyable in a way that fits your situation.
Can dietary needs be met?
Yes. We can accommodate most dietary preferences, allergies, or restrictions, just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure your meals are aligned with your needs throughout the camp.
What if I want more guidance after the camp?
If you want to keep going after the camp, there’s the option to continue working with Robert. He offers follow-up coaching to help you stay consistent, push your limits, and keep progressing—without losing momentum.
